Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your dashboard settings — changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial for Premium or Business?
Every account starts on the Free plan, so you can explore the directory before upgrading. We don't currently offer a timed trial on paid plans.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept eSewa, Khalti, and bank transfer — Nepal's most popular payment methods. Scan the QR code or send payment to the details provided, then submit your transaction reference. Our team verifies and activates your plan within 24 hours.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of upgrading, contact our support team and we'll issue a full refund.
Can I list more than one business location?
The Business plan supports up to 10 listings under a single account. For more locations, contact our sales team for a custom plan.
How do I get the Verified badge?
The Verified badge is available once your listing is on the Premium or Business plan. After upgrading, our team confirms your business — typically using the certification or registration documents uploaded on your listing — and then applies the badge. It usually shows up within 24 hours and appears next to your listing everywhere it's shown, not just your listing page.
How do Featured Listing promotions work?
Any published listing can be promoted separately from Homepage, Search Results, Category, and City pages for 7, 30, 90, or 365 days. Pay via eSewa, Khalti, or bank transfer from your dashboard's Promote page — once approved, your listing goes live in the chosen spot(s) with automatic renewal reminders before it expires. Each position has limited slots, so availability is shown live when you submit a request.
