Before the verified badge appears, our team confirms the business address, checks that the listed phone number is reachable, and validates that the person managing the profile actually owns or represents the business. Listings that fail any of these checks stay unverified.

What should I do about a negative review?
You can reply publicly from your dashboard. A calm, specific response that explains what happened and what you fixed usually builds more trust with future customers than the review itself costs you. Reviews that are fake, abusive or unrelated to a real visit can be reported for removal.
