Create an account, open the Add Listing page, and fill in your business name, category, address, phone number, opening hours and photos. Free listings include a full profile, customer reviews and contact details with no credit card required, and your page is usually live the same day.
What does a premium business listing include?
A premium listing adds a verified badge, featured placement on the home page and category pages, priority ranking in search results, more photos, and richer profile sections such as amenities and business hours. Premium profiles typically receive noticeably more profile views and calls than free ones.
How are premium listings verified?
Before the verified badge appears, our team confirms the business address, checks that the listed phone number is reachable, and validates that the person managing the profile actually owns or represents the business. Listings that fail any of these checks stay unverified.
How much does it cost to list a business on NepaIndex?
Listing your business is free. Paid plans are optional upgrades for owners who want verification, featured placement and priority ranking. Current prices for each plan are shown on the Pricing page, in Nepali rupees, with no hidden setup fees.

Ranking is based on how complete a profile is, how recent and how positive its customer reviews are, how relevant it is to the search, and whether the business is on a premium plan. A complete free listing with strong reviews can outrank an incomplete premium one.
Can I update my business hours, photos and details later?
Yes. Sign in to your dashboard and edit your listing whenever something changes — opening hours, phone number, address, menu, photos or description. Updates are free on every plan, including the free one, and appear on your public profile immediately.
What should I do about a negative review?
You can reply publicly from your dashboard. A calm, specific response that explains what happened and what you fixed usually builds more trust with future customers than the review itself costs you. Reviews that are fake, abusive or unrelated to a real visit can be reported for removal.
