Do all rooms have a mountain view?+

Deluxe and suite categories face Machhapuchhre and the Annapurna range. Standard rooms face the garden — we will always tell you which you are booking.

Is airport pickup included?+

It is complimentary for suite bookings and any stay of three nights or more. Otherwise it is NPR 800 each way.

What is the cancellation policy?+

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Inside 48 hours the first night is charged, and peak-season bookings in October are non-refundable.

Can non-residents use the pool and spa?+

The spa is open to everyone. Pool access for non-residents is NPR 1,000 per day and includes a towel and locker.
